Extemporaneous Admissions

Admitting a student extemporaneously implies:

  • A re adaptation process for entering a new school.
  • Getting up to date with the content taught in class.
  • Regularizing in case of not having the required level.
  • Carrying out the procedures for changing schools before SEP.
  • Carrying out an extemporaneous evaluation or adjustment of qualifications.

Therefore, the admission of extemporaneous students will be subject to the following criteria:

  • Filling out the application form.
  • Availability of places in the requested grade.
  • Partial qualifications.
  • Grades from the immediately preceding school year.
  • If it is high school admission, they have to present the equivalency of studies (if they come from a subsystem other than the DGB). If they do not have this, they will have to present a commitment letter to deliver the documentation within a maximum period of 3 weeks.
  • In the case of being a foreign student, they must have revalidation of studies. If they do not have this, they will have to submit a commitment letter to deliver the documentation within a maximum period of 3 weeks.
  • Explanation letter of reasons.
  • Approval of the diagnostic exam with a percentage equal to or greater than 60%.

If the student passes the exam, the school will interview the applicants and their parents to learn about the school and its expectations.

If admitted, the family must make the registration payment and the first month of tuition. Once the above is fulfilled, the student will be able to start attending classes.
